Please don't call again on a Friday afternoon when I'm anxiously awaiting a much more important phone call from another random phone number. Also, it would be wonderful if you didn't garble the beginning of your introduction and then excitedly say the word 'referral' right afterwards. It is not a kind thing to do to a on-edge prospective adoptive mommy waiting to hear that exact same thing from someone else. Not nice.
